Press Release from the Jersey Chamber of Commerce
30th April 2020 15:00
Business Survey launched
Grant Thornton, in association with the Jersey Chamber of Commerce has produced a survey to measure the impact COVID-19 on local businesses and the self-employed. It seeks to determine how local businesses have adapted in the face of this crisis, and look post crisis, at plans they may be considering.
We are also asking for the survey to be shared across other organisations and are grateful to Jersey Hospitality Association, Jersey Finance, Digital Jersey, Jersey Business, the Jersey Construction Council and Jersey Retail Association for assisting us.
The survey deadline will close on Tuesday 12th May 2020 and thanks to our survey partner Grant Thornton, who will be collating the data. Chamber President, Jennifer Carnegie says the COVID-19 Impact Survey will give timely and important insights for everyone: “The Jersey Chamber continues to work for and represent its Membership throughout this crisis. As the largest business organisation in the island, we are independent of Government, but also grateful to be working closely with officials to ensure the views and needs of our members are listened to. This survey will give ourselves and Government valued information and we are hoping to receive as many responses as possible to gain the best picture of our Island's current position, so I would ask all businesses to please take a moment and complete the survey.”
The COVID-19 Impact Survey can be accessed HERE.
