Supporting our workforce
The Human Resources Committee acts in a consultative capacity with a number of private and government bodies during the course of the year to ensure Members have a view.
This active committee has consulted upon, provided insights and ran sessions on anti discrimination laws, changes to the main employment law, minimum wage, and the tribunal procedures. The committee is made up from volunteers with varied HR backgrounds so that businesses of different industry sectors can be represented.
