Our Hospital Inquiry Delayed by One Week

Jan 31, 2022

The public inquiry into the planning application to develop the Overdale site for the Our Hospital project will be delayed by one week.

The Minister for Environment is formally announcing that the inquiry will open seven days later than originally scheduled, and will now start at 9.30am on Monday 4 April 2022.

This will allow more time between the scheduled States debate on the Bridging Island Plan and the opening of the inquiry.

‘Proofs of Evidence’ can now be submitted until the extended deadline of midnight on Sunday 27 February. Whilst the inspector is not imposing a word limit, a summary of under 3,000 words should be included. They should be emailed to the inquiry programme officer at [email protected] or sent by post to: Mrs Helen Wilson, Our Hospital Programme Officer c/o IHE (Regulation), Philip Le Feuvre House, La Motte Street, St Helier, JE4 8PE. Comments will be published and attributed, but contact details and personal information will be redacted.

The inspector is also holding a pre-inquiry Meeting, on Friday 18 February at St Paul’s Centre (9.30am), to set out the format of the inquiry.
