Land Transaction Tax

Apr 12, 2022

Revenue Jersey have announced changes to the way in which land transactions subject to the Land Transaction Tax (LTT) are to be reported.

From 3 May 2022, the LTT form will be an online form. From this date, they will not be accepting paper forms or payments made via cheque.

The online form and the guidance on how to complete the online form will be available on the Gov.je website Land transaction tax (gov.je) from 3 May 2022.

A dedicated property tax inbox ([email protected]) has been set up for queries on LTT. Please direct any queries to this mailbox.
