Eliot Lincoln

Eliot is founder and Chief Consulting Officer at Greenlight, a Jersey based Change Management Consultancy. Eliot is also Deputy Chair of Jersey Business.

Eliot’s early career was with a large insurance company as a software developer and Project Lead within the technology department.  Throughout his career Eliot been able to lead the conversation between business and technology stakeholders ensuring both are appropriately represented.

Eliot set up Greenlight in 2008; his no – nonsense approach to networking, building contacts and working with stakeholders is refreshing. Eliot’s career has seen him work in different market sectors across financial services, logistics, telecoms, and the public sector.

Not being afraid to have the “difficult conversations”, personal confidence and ability to uncover and drive valuable improvement and positive change into customer’s business, Eliot also has many years of practical experience of board level influencing, change consulting and stakeholder engagement.

Eliot was the winner of the 2012 Jersey IoD Director of the Year for a Medium Sized Business and the 2012 UK National Young Director of the Year.

The Digital Committee aims to both support the growth of the burgeoning digital sector within Jersey and ensure that Chamber Members are aware of and making the most of the technology appropriate to their market sector.
