Channel Islands Competition And Regulatory Authorities Consultation Process – Proposed Acquisition of Airtel By JT.

As you may have read in recent press reports, JT has announced a proposed acquisition of Airtel, both in Jersey and Guernsey. The proposal has been submitted to the Channel Islands Competition And Regulatory Authorities (‘C.I.C.R.A.’) for consideration, and C.I.C.R.A. is now seeking views from the public in relation to the proposition. In particular, C.I.C.R.A. is seeking comments from those affected by the proposed transaction.
