'Ask The Ministers' – A Special Members’ Breakfast Seminar With Senator Ian Gorst And Senator Alan Maclean. Tuesday, 29th September at The Pomme D’Or Hotel.

The Jersey Chamber of Commerce is delighted to announce that we will be hosting a special event exclusively for members on Tuesday, 29th September, 2015, when our guests will be Chief Minister Ian Gorst and Treasury and Resources Minister Alan Maclean.

In July, the Council of Ministers published their proposals in relation to the Island’s Medium-Term Financial Plan. These proposals are due to be debated in The States in October, and in advance of the debate, we are honoured to have an opportunity to hear more about the proposals and to pose questions relating to the plans to The Chief Minister and The Treasury and Resources Minister.

The Medium-Term Financial Plan proposals have been the subject of much debate and correspondence within the local media, and this event provides an opportunity for Chamber’s members to hear about the proposals at first-hand from those who helped to shape and formulate them.

The event will take the format of a Question & Answer session, so if you have a burning question about the Island’s financial plans, come along and pose your questions to our senior Ministers.
