Additional Area for the Cultivation of Oysters in the Royal Bay of Grouville

Regulation 3 of the Sea Fisheries (Fisheries) (Jersey) Regulations 2010
Under Regulation 3 of the Sea Fisheries (Fisheries) (Jersey) Regulations 2010, the Department of the Environment hereby notifies whosoever it may concern that the draft licence (below) is being considered and that objections to the consent of this licence should be addressed, in writing to, Marine Resources, Howard Davis Farm, Trinity, Jersey, JE3 5JP to arrive for the consideration of the Minister no later than Friday 1 June 2018.
The Department of the Environment, in pursuance of the Sea Fisheries (Fisheries) (Jersey) Regulation 2010, hereby authorises La Rocque Fisheries Ltd. La Rue de la Sente Mailarde, Grouville, Jersey, JE3 9BF to appropriate for the cultivation of oysters (Crassostrea gigas) the following portion of seabed namely:
An additional area of 1.3 hectares of seabed situated at the southern end of the Royal Bay of Grouville, for a period of nine years from the date of the Ministerial Decision to issue the licence.
