Mindfulness: a set of tools to increase stress-resilience, productivity and wellbeing.

This 3-hour session is suitable for HR,  Corporate professionals and employees who have an interest in improving wellbeing, resilience and performance in the workplace utilising Mindfulness.

Mindfulness  is a widely-researched and increasingly pervasive set of techniques including western psychological science and secularised meditation practices. • begin to consider how to develop personal and/or workplace mindfulness based resilience skills.

The course is a mixture of taught psychological knowledge, experiential exercises (eye-closed and practical metaphors with and without props) and interaction is invited and gently encouraged.
