Objectives:

By the end of the course, delegates will :-

  • Have clear guidelines for the preparation and structure of meetings
  • Be able to apply the skills of leading and controlling meetings
  • Be able to make meetings shorter and more productive

  • Questioning, summarising and controlling the meeting
  • Practical exercise

Problem People/Situations 

  • Dealing with problem people at meetings
  • How to handle more difficult issues/situations

Summary And Action Planning

Delegates will identify the actions they can take to improve the effectiveness of the meetings they chair
