2nd Annual Real Estate & Real Estate Funds Conference : Tuesday 13 June

Following the recent MIPIM real estate conference in Cannes, questions remain about the key global economic and geopolitical issues facing real estate investment professionals.

To answer some of these questions, Jersey International Business School is delighted to announce that their 2nd Annual Real Estate & Real Estate Funds Conference will be held on Tuesday 13 June 2017 at Hotel de France.

This conference will enable delegates to hear expert insights and predictions from over ten industry experts from both Jersey and the UK who will provide a comprehensive perspective of the market. During breaks, delegates will have the opportunity to exchange ideas with the speakers and their fellow practitioners in areas such as real estate finance, economics, investment and asset management.

Keynote speaker, Naomi Heaton, founder and chief executive of London Central Portfolio (LCP), will be delivering a presentation on ‘What does the future hold for the London residential prime market?’. She will cover topics such as ‘is there a ‘Brexit effect’ and what does a Europe-free future hold?’; ‘is new build becoming a ‘not to build’ sector?’; and ‘the growing importance of renting (the PRS) rather than buying – is build to rent the future?’.

LCP acts for investors seeking to diversify their portfolios into a safe haven asset class offering consistent returns. Its services include acquisition, refurbishment & design, letting & rental management, using sophisticated financial modelling. Naomi also writes frequently in the national and Islamic press and is regularly invited by the BBC and Sky News to comment on property related matters.
