With a whole raft of Family Friendly legislation being put forward including paternity,maternity,flexible working ,adoption and ante natal can small business continue to to keep up?

With a whole raft of Family Friendly legislation being put forward including paternity,maternity,flexible working ,adoption and ante natal can small business continue to to keep up?

Over 80% of businesses in Jersey employ less than 6 people, and those over 5,500 organisations, provide jobs and help  create a prosperous economy and environment from which we all benefit.

In addition we are celebrating (?) today ,1st July, the birthday  of the Housing and Work Law, from which we have the Interim Population Policy and all the employment licence issues that many members experience.

So what do you think is the single  piece of legislation from which an exemption would benefit  small business in Jersey?
